When you sign up for a membership that includes Group Classes, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to classes each month, as well as a monthly InBody scan to analyze your body composition and monitor your progress in fat loss and muscle gain.

Persevere High Intensity Class

Our Persevere classes provide a high-intensity workout that combines weightlifting and cardio to build foundational strength and elevate fitness levels. 

The program focuses on performing functional movements with a range of moderate to heavy weights across different timing structures. Tapping into your body’s adaptability, Persevere classes elevate physical skills and improve athletic performance both inside and outside of the gym.

Strength Training Class

Within our controlled environment and under the supervision of our certified coaches, athletes can fine-tune their lifting technique and safely push more weight without fear of failure or injury.

Our experienced strength-training coaches provide expert instruction as class members tackle compound movements — such as squats, deadlifts, and presses as well as variations of those lifts — through pre-structured sets, reps, and rest periods.

Mobility Class

Our mobility classes empower you with better body control to help you in all your athletic endeavors! Boost flexibility and mobility in your muscles and joints through tailored exercises and stretches that incorporate various bands and resistance methods.

By priming your body for a full range of motion in all of your movements, this class helps prepare you for optimal performance when meeting the challenges of heavy-lifting days.
