Semi-Private Small Group Training
If you love the idea of personal training but want a budget-friendly alternative, semi-private training will fit the bill. Rest assured, you will get customized programming designed specifically for you. The only difference between semi-private training and personal training is that instead of our trainers standing over you counting your reps, they are getting another client set up on their next exercise as you perform yours. Your unique workouts are scheduled in conjunction with three other clients doing their own customized programming.
When you sign up for Semi-Private Training at YourLife Gym, choose from two or three in-person training sessions a week. Semi-private training requires an initial three-month commitment. After that, it continues on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to keep going for as long as you like.
Semi-Private Training Includes
- A consultation with one of our trainers
- Fully customized programming designed to help you meet your specific goals, including programming for days when you’re working out without a trainer
- 2 to 3 training sessions per week, with 8 to 12 sessions per month
- 2 Group Training classes per month
- Unlimited use of our gym during open gym times
- Monthly InBody scan to analyze your body composition and track fat loss and muscle gain
- Access to our Mental Fitness Program
