Semi-Private Small Group Training
Get ready for an exciting fitness experience with our Semi-Private Training! Imagine having a certified trainer by your side, crafting a fun and progressive program for you while you train alongside your very own fitness community!
When you sign up for Semi-Private Training at YourLife Gym, choose from two or three in-person training sessions a week. Semi-private training requires an initial three-month commitment. After that, it continues on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to keep going for as long as you like.

Semi-Private Training Includes
- A consultation with one of our trainers
- Fully customized programming designed to help you meet your specific goals, including programming for days when you’re working out without a trainer
- 2 to 3 training sessions per week, with 8 to 12 sessions per month
- 2 Group Training classes per month
- Unlimited use of our gym during open gym times
- Monthly InBody scan to analyze your body composition and track fat loss and muscle gain
