I’m Ashley, a NASM certified personal trainer and Persevere Coach at YourLife. My strengths are in cueing proper form along with focusing on the mind to muscle connection in each movement.
Being active has been a huge part of my life from a very young age. I was a ballet dancer from 7-21 years old and played volleyball, basketball, and ultimate frisbee throughout middle school and high school. I also competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting.
I truly believe that our physical health and mental health go hand in hand to better our day to day lives and create stronger individuals. I came to YourLife to get back into fitness and it has changed my life! The support and encouragement was something I never experienced in a gym atmosphere along with the openness of others sharing their struggles and wins! I always leave YourLife being so encouraged by the members and staff that lead by example and crush every day!
I love people and strive to help others believe and trust themselves! Life can try to beat us down, but every time anyone walks through the doors of YourLife, that is a huge success.
I love what I do and can’t wait to be a part of even more members incredible journey!
